It informs customers about the different services offered by the firm. He assists the management team in writing, editing, formatting and shipping various administrative documents. It performs data entry into the computer system and ensures that complete and relevant information is communicated to the evaluators to ensure professional service to clients. It keeps the reception welcoming, clean and orderly. He respects corporate policies and actively participates in the achievement of corporate objectives. He works as a team and suggests improvements in the organization of work and customer service. He is the link between the evaluator and the client and he acts professionally at all times.
