Jonathan Habel-Gagnon, É.A.

A graduate in real estate appraisal technology and construction appraisal, holder of a certificate in business management at HEC and a certificate in real estate at UQAM, Jonathan Habel-Gagnon specializes mainly in valuation commercial and industrial properties, environmental land, multi-unit buildings, expropriation and litigation since 2003, with more than 6,500 appraisal reports. In addition, he has been supervising and training evaluators for several years.

A member of the CRA's Canadian Institute of Evaluators and Regulators, Simon Riopel has over 15 years of experience in evaluation, mainly in the Lanaudière region. His years of experience have allowed him to gain knowledge in the residential, resort, multi-unit, litigation and agricultural sectors.
